  • a contract to which the data subject is a party
  • law (which one)
  • performance of a public task (based on what), or

The purpose of the register is to maintain a customer database, archive and process customer orders, and manage customer relationships. The data may be used to develop the company’s business, for statistical purposes, and to produce more personalized content on our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act. The customer register processes data belonging to the following categories: The data stored in the register includes: the person’s name, position, company/organization, contact information (phone number, email address, address), website addresses, IP address of the network connection, usernames/profiles on social media services, information about subscribed services and changes to them, billing information, and other information related to the customer relationship and subscribed services.

8. PRINCIPLES OF REGISTRY PROTECTION

The register is handled with due care, and data processed using information systems is appropriately protected. When register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of the hardware is ensured as appropriate. The data controller ensures that stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, is handled confidentially and only by those employees whose job description includes such duties.
