Inspiration from the North
Tundra Natural was born in the heart of Finnish Lapland, among its fells and flowing rivers – where the midnight sun illuminates summer and the polar night glows with northern lights and sparkling snow. Our founder, born and raised in Lapland, has wandered the northern fells since childhood and knows what it feels like to stand on a high summit, Arctic wind in her hair, the horizon stretching endlessly ahead. She also knows the deep silence of the forest, the crunch of snow and ice beneath her feet, and how Arctic nature speaks to all the senses.
During a skiing trip near Ylläs, close to her family cabin, she was deeply moved by the sight of grey beard lichens hanging from the trees – nature’s own sign of exceptionally clean air. Later, studies in the natural products field deepened her understanding of Finland’s nutrient-rich plants and skin-loving Arctic herbs. This love for nature, its beauty and purity, lies at the very heart of Tundra Natural.

The Arctic Way of Life in Bath & Sauna Products
The first Tundra Natural products were handcrafted soaps and Finnish sauna products, infused with powerful local herbs and Arctic plants. Today, the collection also includes products for hair care and bathroom interiors, bringing the spirit of the North into everyday spaces.
In the gentle steam of the Finnish sauna – a tradition deeply rooted in Finnish culture – the scent of birch leaves and herbs shaped by the midnight sun unfolds. On a sensory journey, you can taste the freshness of northern forests and the natural sweetness of wild berries. Every Tundra Natural product carries a piece of Arctic nature with it – as a gift, a souvenir, or a personal moment of well-being.
Although production now takes place in North Savo, surrounded by Finland’s blue lakes, the brand remains truly Arctic at its roots. All products are handcrafted in our small workshop with great care. Herbs are gathered from our own forests and nearby natural areas, responsibly sourced from trusted foragers and growers.
